Still have questions?
Rabies, DHPP (or C5) and Bordetella (kennel cough), given at least 7 days before check-in. Please bring a copy of the records.
Absolutely — familiar food and a favourite toy or blanket help your dog settle in. We label everything.
Yes. Deluxe and Royal guests get webcam access, and every guest gets daily photo updates.
Check-in 8 am – 11 am, check-out until 12 pm. Late pick-ups until 6 pm are available for a small fee.
